Built the NLP pipeline and queue architecture powering AI-generated product descriptions for e-commerce stores. Designed the retry-safe job model, prompt versioning, and multilingual templating layer on top of OpenAI. The system handles 500 generations a day across multiple languages with rate-limited integrations and async processing, so a single misbehaving merchant never starves the rest of the queue.

Co-building a smart link management platform with real-time analytics, custom domains, and deep-link routing. Designed the API layer, PostgreSQL schema, and event tracking pipeline from scratch — built to swallow click bursts from campaigns without dropping events or smearing the dashboards.

Architected a centralized authentication system serving 6+ internal products and 50K+ users. Implemented OAuth 2.0 and SAML flows, session management with Redis, and role-based access control across the organization. Replaced four bespoke login stacks with one identity surface auditors could actually read.
